Terms & Conditions
  1. These terms and conditions apply to any transactions and services you may choose to purchase through our website, www.brewed.online, referred to in this document as the ‘Website’ or ‘Brewed’. 
  2. Please read these conditions carefully before using our service. By using Brewed you are bound by the terms set out below. If you do not accept them, you should not be using our Website. 

  3. Brewed is neither the buyer nor the seller of the items that you may want to purchase on our Website. Brewed provides a platform for roasteries (ie the seller) to complete transactions with the buyer (ie the consumer of coffee.) This being the case, the contract that is formed at the completion of a sale for these third party products is contracted between the buyer and seller solely.

  4. This Website is operated by Brewed Online LTD (trading as Brewed)(‘We’). We are registered in England and Wales, company number 12557245 and have our registered office at 263 Green Lanes, London, N4 2UX, United Kingdom.

General

  1. We may at times revise these terms and conditions by amending these pages. Please continually check the terms each time you log in.   

  2. We do not guarantee that all the information on our Website or the content on it, will be free from errors.

  3. You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. 

  4. We only deliver to mainland England, Scotland and Wales

  5. From time to time we change information about the products to introduce or remove products that are either available or no longer available. Due to this, our Website might be out of date at any given time, and it is not an obligation for us to update it.   

  6. Our Website may have to undergo maintenance and repairs from time to time, parts of it might be suspended or removed permanently or temporarily without notice. We are not liable to you, the user for this occurrence.

  7. You are responsible for all persons who access our Website through your internet connection, you should refer them to this page, which they must comply with before using our Website. 

  8. The information that is published on our website is not to be counted on as advice that you should rely on. 

  9. We do not guarantee that our Website will be secure from bugs or viruses, you should be using virus protection software while using our Website at all times. 

  10. Under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 you must not attack, misuse, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Website or server. All such breaches of this character will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities. 

Your account and password

  1. If you are provided with a user identification, password or other piece of information as part of our Website's security procedures, you must treat this information with complete confidentiality and should not give it to anyone else. 

  2. Although the user identification, password and other information in security procedures may be created by you and referred to as your account, it is still under the ownership of Brewed and as such may be disabled at any time if you fail to comply with any of the provisions under these Terms and Conditions. 

  3. You must contact us as soon as possible if you think your account has been compromised at info@brewed.online.

Products

  1. All images, information and availability of products sold through our Website have been published in good faith and we do our utmost to ensure that they are accurate. However if we are unable to supply you with the product that you have ordered, we will inform you by email and will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products, we will issue you with a full refund.

  2. All sizes and weights may differ very slightly from those recorded on our Website. 

Purchase

  1. Either through our matchmaking system or by browsing our shop please take the time to check your order on each page. You will have the means to check and correct this order up until you click ‘Pay Now’, which will appear on the appropriate button. No changes may be made to your order after you click this button. 

  2. At this point we will take payment for your order from your provider. If we receive payment we will send you an order confirmation email to confirm that we have given your order to the roaster, at which point the role and contract between you and Brewed is complete.

  3. All subsequent disputes about loss, delays or damage of the order product must be taken up with the roaster. 

  4. At delivery of the product we may send you follow up emails to obtain feedback on the product sold.

Intellectual property rights

  1. All material published on this website is under ownership of Brewed or its affiliates and protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

  2. All replication or use of content on this website must have permission from Brewed. We reserve the right to revoke that permission at any time without reason. 

Our liability 

  1. We will try our hardest to make sure that Brewed and its service will be uninterrupted, efficient and all communications and transmissions between parties will be error-free. However due to the nature of the internet and technology this cannot be guaranteed.

  2. We are not responsible for:

    1. losses that were not caused by any breach on our part;

    2. any business loss (loss of profits, data, revenue) or otherwise;

    3. delays to items yet to be received.

    4. damage to items received.

  3. All customer disputes concerning products sold through Brewed, we defer to point 3 of these Terms and Conditions. We will however endeavour to provide help in resolving these disputes, so please contact us through info@brewed.online. 

Returns policy

  1. As we work with a number of different roasters who operate their own returns policy please contact the roaster which you have received the coffee from, if you have a dispute. 

Cancellation policy

  1. You may cancel an order that you make through Brewed on the day that you make it so long as the roaster has not begun roasting the coffee already. We send orders out immediately upon receiving them so that the roasters can begin to process your order promptly. We may not cancel your order after once roasting has begun.  

Free Airscape Product Offer

  1. New members who choose to add a free Airscape product to their order as part of their membership must complete a minimum of two full billing cycles (i.e., two consecutive monthly payments). Failure to complete these billing cycles will result in a charge for the Airscape product, which is valued at £25. This requirement ensures that members receive the full benefit of the offer while adhering to the minimum subscription period.
