Cancellation policy
Subscriptions
- Through the Brewed matching service, we match you with coffee based on questions that you answer about your coffee preferences. You then choose the coffee that you’d like to receive in your first order. Please note, you will receive a new coffee each subscription period.
- You must then choose the quantity of bags, the grind size (whether it be whole bean or ground for another coffee brewing type) and how large the bag size you wish to receive.
- Then you must select how often you would like to receive this order.
- By confirming your subscription, you are subscribing to a recurring delivery service at the frequency determined by you when placing your first order which will continue until one of the parties decides to end this subscription.
- You may pause, cancel, or alter it at any time through your account page, under the subscriptions tab.
- While you are under the agreement of this subscription you are committed to pay for each delivery and your card issuer will debit the corresponding amount automatically from your account, to the determined frequency you selected when making your first order.
- You can make alterations to your subscription plan up until you click the ‘check out’ button in your cart, at which point you will be taken through to separate payment services. You will not be able to alter your plan after this. Please check your plan at each stage of the order process.
- We will take payment from your chosen payment method and if the payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- An order dispatch confirmation email will be sent as and when your order is ready for dispatch. This will occur on all subsequent orders associated with your plan.
- On delivery of the Products to the address that you gave us, the order will be complete, and all responsibilities of the Products will be yours hereafter.
- Please note, the Brewed Subscription sends you a new coffee each subscription period.
- After the delivery of the Product and subsequent tasting of it, you may leave feedback on your accounts page under the ‘ratings’ tab. This allows us to better understand what you like and don’t like. Please rate your received coffee to improve your Brewed Subscription.
