These beans from Honduras brings a delightful and unique experience, inspired by the harmony of coffee and beekeeping. The families behind this coffee not only cultivate bountiful, fruity beans but also manage beehives that aid in pollination, contributing to a thriving ecosystem. With honey processing adding sweetness and depth, except a cup with a subtle rum-like richness, juicy cherry notes and dried apricot sweetness. Grown at 1500m in the Montana de Celaque region, this Fair Trade and Organic-certified coffee is as exceptional as the community behind it.
