Curve's current feature espresso — Bookkisa from West Guji, Ethiopia. Produced by smallholder growers and processed at the Bookkisa Washing Station by Sookoo Coffee, this lot shines with a silky body, bursts of jasmine and tangerine, and a clean, bright finish. Grown at around 2,000 masl and sourced via Osito, it’s perfect for espresso and lovely with milk.
