Introducing our very first Brewed Exclusive – a stunning limited-edition coffee roasted in collaboration with Wood St Coffee. A sister lot to one of our all-time favourites from Jorge Mira, this one’s all about complexity and fun. Expect a wild ride of flavour: raspberry brightness, a hit of marshmallow sweetness, and a finish that bursts with tropical fruit juice. Crafted from yellow bourbon grown in Antioquia, Colombia, this washed lot has been pushed further with yeast inoculation and a thermal shock finish to really dial up the vibrancy. It’s bold, brilliant, and not around for long – we wholeheartedly recommend grabbing a bag while you can.
