Buxton is a versatile, single-origin coffee designed to work with any brewing method while staying delicious, juicy, and fun. This Ethiopian lot comes from the Konga wet mill in Yirgacheffe, where 221 smallholder farmers cultivate coffee at elevations between 1800 and 2100m. The coffee is a washed process, using traditional Ethiopian heirloom varietals. Expect bold, refreshing flavours of salted caramel and vanilla custard. Roasted on Brick Lane using one of the world’s most eco-friendly roasters, Buxton is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a clean, vibrant cup that can shine no matter how it’s brewed.
