With extended fermentation unlocking bold and unexpected character, this washed coffee dances on the palate - think deep stone fruit, golden sweetness and a savoury edge that keeps it grounded. It's a celebration in a cup, crafted with care by a close-knit community and inspired by the vibrant spirit of Peru's most beloved festival.
