Circles is Round Hill's year-round Brazilian natural from Fazenda Trapiá—a single-producer espresso that doesn't mess about. Velvety, sweet, and properly chocolatey, it's the kind of cup that reminds you why espresso doesn't need to be complicated. Dried cranberry edges the chocolate through, the Brazil nut rounds it all out, and there's zero pretence here. The espresso that actually tastes like espresso.
