The cherries are depulped the same day they are harvested and undergo a two-day fermentation before being washed and sun-dried, reflecting a dedication to quality at every step. This method combines the natural attributes of the beans with a clean, crisp flavour profile. Ideally suited to those who appreciate a refined, chocolatey sweetness with understated citrus notes.
