A bold, structured Colombian espresso with a deep, cocoa-led core. The washed process keeps thing defined, allowing a firm bitterness + nutty richness to sit alongside a sharp citrus edge that cuts through the weight. Pulled as espresso, it's intenese + grounded, but it really comes into its own with milk, where the profile softens into something rounder, sweeter + more dessert-like.
