This one’s for the flavour-first decaf drinkers. A sugarcane processed decaf that’s sweet, balanced and oh-so-drinkable – with notes of green apple, pear and toffee.
Produced by El Buho, this washed lot is a blend of smallholder coffees from Huila and Tolima. The sugarcane decaffeination process uses a naturally derived ethyl acetate (EA) from sugarcane alongside spring water to gently remove caffeine while preserving the coffee’s delicate structure and flavour.
No weird aftertaste, no corners cut – just a smooth, rounded decaf that holds its own, cup after cup.
