Yeast inoculation introduces selected yeasts during fermentation, amplifying fruity and floral characteristics. Thermal shock uses rapid temperature changes to lock in the vibrant flavours, making for an exceptionally expressive cup. The result? A bright, juicy and layered coffee that is a true standout.
