A. method (a natural process that removes caffeine with ethyl acetate derived from sugarcane), the coffee keeps its stucture + sweetness intact. The result is a cup that's bright, juicy + gently spiced, with a vibrant, fruit-led character + a warm, lingering finish. Omni-roasted for flexibility, it holds its own across anyway you brew it.
