A proud family endeavour, Finca Segovia located in the lush Callayuc region of Cutervo, Cajamarca, Peru, operates under the dedicated stewardship of the Segovia family. This washed single-origin spans 14.5 hectares managed by varied family members, each adding a unique touch to the crop. Situated above 2100 meters, these beans thrive amidst the rich biodiversity near notable landmarks like the Viluco Waterfall. Every bean from Finca Segovia represents a blend of precise farming and a deep connection to the land, offering a cup that's as enriching as its origin.
