Sourced from the Villamaría farm in Colombia’s Caldas region, this decaf Castillo is all about flavour without compromise. Grown in partnership with Finca La Aurora, where producers earn 10% more per kilo, it’s processed naturally before a 15-day raised-bed dry. The beans are decaffeinated using the sugarcane method at Descafecol, locking in milk chocolate richness, soft citrus acidity and a caramel-toffee apple finish. A smooth, complex decaf that does good and tastes even better.
