This washed community lot from Henry and Ciro Castro, alongside neighbouring farms, is a sweet, delicate delight. Greengage plum and deep caramel sweetness take the lead, with a juicy, slightly unripe watermelon bite that keeps things crisp and refreshing. It’s Wood St's third Peruvian of the year from Cajamarca, and we’re not surprised – these coffees continue to charm us with their soft acidity, deep sugars and understated complexity.
