This Colombian filter roast is naturally processed, allowing the coffee to dry inside the fruit for a gentle boost of sweetness and complexity. The result is a beautifully clean cup with soft floral notes, ripe fruit tones and a brown sugar richness that lingers. Elegant, sweet and wonderfully balanced. A coffee to slow down with and savour.
