This El Salvador natural roast originates from the Salaverria farm, nestled in the fertile volcanic soils of Fraijanes. At an altitude of 1580m, this coffee enjoys the benefits of mineral-rich conditions, enhancing its distinct flavour profile marked by dark chocolate, honeycomb, and stone fruits, finishing with a long sweetness. The farm not only excels in producing high-quality coffee but also dedicates efforts toward the well-being of its workers through comprehensive safety training and healthcare services.
