A playful yet polished coffee from the Salaverria family, grown high up on Finca Los Nogales where cooler temperatures help build clarity + sweetness. The cherries undergo a carefully controlled anaerobic soak, gently intensifying sugars before a final water rest that smooths everything out. The result is a cup that leans bright + glossy at first, then settles into a rich, dessert-like depth. Think jewel-toned fruit sweetness wrapped up with warm, buttery nuttiness.
