Perched at an altitude of 1,450 to 1,900 meters, the farm champions innovative processing techniques alongside a strong commitment to sustainability. Solar panels power their operations and organic composting enriches their soil, reducing the need for chemical fertilisers. Ignacio's dedication also extends to his workforce, ensuring fair wages and living conditions, particularly supporting female employees.
