This festive Chinese lot is bold, cosy + a little bit weird. The anaerobic natural process locks the cherries away from oxygen early on, intensifying sugars and aromatics, which gives the cup a deep richness with layers of dried-fruit sweetness, gentle spice + a bright tropical flicker to keep things interesting. Omni-roasted so it works however you brew, but this one really sings black, where the texture + complexity can stretch out without distraction.
