Grown by 521 families from the Cencoic Cooperative, it offers a wonderfully sweet and balanced cup, made even more meaningful by the positive impact on local education, housing and infrastructure. The washed process brings out crisp, vibrant notes of lime, raspberry and apple, each sip delivering a clean and bright experience. Grown at high altitudes between 1800 and 2200m, the beans thrive in Colombia's ideal growing conditions, producing a cup that's both uplifting and full of purpose. This Fair Trade-certified coffee truly embodies the power of collaboration and sustainable farming.
