Sourced from the Rumudamo processing station in Ethiopia's Sidama region, it’s the first Ethiopian coffee Conscious Coffee has offered, and it’s a stellar start. With bright peach acidity and strawberry notes upfront, followed by lingering jasmine and rose as it cools, this coffee is a vibrant and floral experience.
