This fruit-forward microlot from Finca Samaria in Nueva Segovia strikes a lovely balance between clean and expressive. Grown at 1550m and processed with an extended anaerobic natural, it leans sweet and juicy without going full funk. Roasted for filter – and best taken black – it’s a vibrant showcase of modern Nicaraguan coffee craft.
