With support from the Sol de la Mañana Project, they've honed their farming practices to produce coffees of exceptional clarity and complexity. This lot, processed using a slow, controlled natural method, delivers layers of juicy tropical fruits with stone-fruit sweetness. The coffee's quality is bolstered by a meticulous post-harvest process handled by the Rodriguez family, ensuring consistency from cherry to cup. It's a shining example of community-driven innovation producing bold, expressive filter coffees.
