A beautifully clean Peruvian with a gentle sweetness running through the cup. The dry fermentation process adds a little extra depth + fruit complexity to the washed profile, bringing out the red apple character while honey + vanilla give it a soft, rounded finish. A lovely example of a coffee that's delicate without being shy.
