This single-origin coffee from Cloud Picker is finally getting its moment to shine after years of being part of their blends. Sourced from over 400 smallholders around the Vianí municipality in Colombia's Cundinamarca department, the cherries are depulped the same day they’re picked and fermented for 48 hours on-site, ensuring top-notch quality. In the cup, you'll find a balanced sweetness with rich, dessert-like flavors and a smooth, lingering finish. Grown at altitudes of 1400-2000 MASL and processed using a washed method, it’s a truly special brew that stands out for its depth and complexity.
