The Vinhal farms in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil bring a unique cup profile through innovative processing methods. This Washed Fermented coffee is grown at an altitude that ranges between 960 - 1040 MASL on the farms Recanto and Estrela. The distinct approach includes a 179-hour anaerobic fermentation in water, enhancing the beans' inherent qualities. The eco- and socially-conscious farming practices, certified by various international bodies, ensure that each bean is as ethically produced as it is flavorful.
