Grown at 1210m on Fazenda Posse da Cachoeira, this lot was yeast-inoculated and naturally processed to highlight expressive notes of white grape, pineapple, nectarine, and chocolate. Expect a vibrant, wine-like acidity up front, followed by a mellow, cocoa finish. Surprising, silky, and seriously moreish—this one's a wild ride through Brazil's fruitier side.
